FOUNDER & CEO
Background
A dedicated professional with extensive expertise in agriculture and sustainability within the cocoa supply chain. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and an MBA in Banking and Finance
Professional Journey
He began his career in 2005 at Armajaro Ghana, gaining invaluable insights into cocoa dynamics. In 2006, he joined PBC Ltd as an Accounting Officer. His dedication and skills quickly propelled him to Senior Accounting Officer and eventually to District Manager in 2014, where he effectively managed cocoa sourcing operations. His journey continued with a promotion to Deputy Manager of Marketing Research and Evaluation, showcasing his ability to lead and innovate in the industry. He is now a Regional Manager.

With 19 years of experience, he is passionate about promoting sustainable agricultural practices in the cocoa industry. His advocacy emphasizes environmental responsibility and economic well-being, ensuring that farmers can thrive while nurturing the land for future generations.

Experienced Sustainability and Project Management Specialist with over 15 years of progressive leadership in Ghana’s cocoa sector. Demonstrates advanced expertise in implementing cocoa sustainability standards, including Rainforest Alliance (RA), UTZ, and VSLA group models, as well as managing certification platforms and internal control
Recognized for strong organizational, managerial, and reporting abilities, with a proven record of successfully leading certification audits, developing operational budgets, and strengthening community engagement. Adept at building and managing cooperatives, executing development projects, and delivering high-quality training in climate-smart cocoa production, financial literacy, and responsible supply chain practices.
