He was appointed as the Deputy Managing Director of Operations at PBC Ltd from the year 2006-2016 and Ag. Chief Executive Officer from January 2017 to August 2017.
Nana Boateng resigned and joined Cocoa Processing Company Ltd in September 2017 as the Managing Director until March, 2023.

In 2016, Mr Gaisie asumed the Directorship position as Chief Manager, contributing to national-level strategy and operations coupled with strong leadership, which later earned him the position as Acting Deputy Chief Executive (Operation) in 2017, and played a key role in overseeing PBC’s core Cocoa sourcing and logistic functions.
